The deceased Huseyin Avni Incekara (1994) laid the foundation of Incekara A.S. by establishing H. Avni Incekara Company on the date of August 8, 1951. The company’s first activity was on Optical Medical & Technical Devices due to agencies secured from East Germany.

The company became the representative of Olympus Company in 1954, and for the first time, started working with Japan.

Incekara, which was then a partnership company, reached its articles of incorporation with the concept of modern enterprise on May 17, 1973. Converting into a new organization was necessary due to the growing work in the direction of requirements of the era and technology, changing economic structure, effective and widespread commercial activities of the company and request for maintaining the division of labor and concept of modern business in the sector.

Incekaralar Laboratory Devices Marketing Ltd. Co. is then established on October 23, 1979. Rapidly developing Incekaralar Laboratory Devices Marketing Ltd. Co. is carrying on its activities as Incekaralar Laboratory Devices Marketing Corp. since October 16, 2000.

Incekaralar Medical Devices Consultancy, Project and Trade Ltd. Co., which was established in Diyarbakır on December 14, 2000 for the purpose of supporting the government’s efforts on creating employment in priority development areas and activating the country’s economic and commercial life, is still carrying on its consultancy, sale and service activities in the region.

Our activities in the fields of Medicine, Laboratory / Living Sciences – Industry – Clinical Chemistry are continuing under the name Incekara Holding as of the date of December 20, 2002 since protecting the elongating operation chain, such as decision, application, presentation, service, and providing its continuity requires institutionalization in a professional sense.
